REFUNDS AND RESHIPS ARE COMPLETELY DISCRETIONARY. Building strong and lasting relationships with our customers is important to us. We have a 99% delivery success rate domestically and 98% internationally, so it is very unlikely that your order will go missing but problems due occur so we have a firm but fair refund/reship policy. We do aim for next day delivery (domestically) but if you have not received your order within 5 working days, message us and we will try our best to resolve the situation. When issuing a refund or reship we will take into account the country, time frame, conversations, user behaviour, and prior buying history in making a fair judgement. When issuing a reshipment, the order must be finalised before we mail out the parcel/letter. Reships are usually 75%. Refunds arranged will range between 30% to 60%. On some listings, we cannot provide a refund, only a reship and vice versa. Users with no buying stats are not eligible for reships or refunds, unless we can personally recollect their username on a previous site.
